Checked out some Christmas lights down in Murrieta a couple nights ago. The kids enjoyed walking the streets, and finding all their Christmas favorites: Santa, Snowman, candy canes, Baby Jesus. Stop for donuts on the way home. A perfect family night!

Christmas Lights/Donuts

Knott's Merry Farm 2016
We are very excited to have our Knotts passes back for this next year. We got to go once in 2016 which was a very successful trip. Grammy will be joining us a lot next year with her 1st pass to Knotts! This 1st trip back was filled with lots of rides some old and some new. One new being Kaitlyn's first little roller coaster in Camp Snoopy.We enjoyed a couple Christmas shows and snow falling. One cool part of the day was getting to write letters to Santa and mailing it! We can't wait for next year!

Festival of Trees 2016
Festival of trees this morning with Santa story time, crafts, scavenger hunt, and best part time with friends.
Logan's Candy tour
Took a tour of how candy canes are made at Logan's Candy shop in Ontario with mops. Very cool and even got to shape your own candy cane. Both kids shaped theirs as hearts.
Perris Library
Finally made it to our library. Hopefully first of many. Kaitlyn just enjoyed getting books from shelves and exploring. She also got her own library card.
Troll movie
They were excited to see the movie and they enjoyed it! She even sat in her own sit the whole movie.
John's Incredible
Family fun night at John's, and Kaitlyn won a Shopkins "Sweet Bar"(what we named her) stuffed animal.
Pumpkin Launch
Discovery Cube put on a fun day with hands on science experiments and a pumpkin launch contest at Cal State Fullerton. Kaitlyn enjoyed having with her cousin Ella there and watching the pumpkins fly in the air!

Halloween 2016
This little girl wanted to be a pink mermaid, so mommy decided to make her a costume. It came out great and she looked adorable! Daddy was her Pirate.
Pumpkin Patch 2016
Made it to a couple pumpkin patches this year with rides and pumpkins what more can a little kid ask for!
Oak Glen 2016
1st trip to Oak Glen was with our friends the McVeys. Apple picking, cider making, and caramel apples. 2nd trip with family and more cider making. I think Kaitlyn's favorite part was all the apple samples.

Field trip with mommy's MOPS group to Oak Glen little seedlings tour. Apple tasting, petting zoo, with a picnic lunch great time.
Newport Dunes camping
Lots of memories made from family meals to bike rides. Everything was fun and relaxing way to spend time together. We even played family BINGO and Tyler won a play doh set. Also guessed the amount of candy in jar and won that too. The Bernsteins and Grammy came to visit, and we decided to rent a 4 seater bike what a adventure!
Drop Zone

Socal fair 2016
2 nights at the fair with family watching dirt bike tricks and races, carnival rides, and pony rides. Kaitlyn's favorite part of the fair was the swing ride.
Christmas in July
Celebrated Christmas in July with cousins, and Scooter the elf even made appearance. We enjoyed a paper snow ball fight, frozen hot chocolate, and Christmas pjs!
Carlsbad 2016 trip
Beach fun, scavenger hunt around town, and time with family is why this has become one of our favorite family traditions. Kaitlyn really enjoyed the water this year.

Father's Day 2016
This last Father's Day Tyler and Kaitlyn surprised daddy with a Father's Day surprise pillow fight. And we enjoyed a day with friends at the beach celebrating daddy!

Family Vacation Mission Bay 2016
Great time on our family vacation! We took a wonderful vacation to Mission Bay, San Diego. Lots of fun in the pool and waterslides, fishing, Belmont Park and the sand, and finished the weekend at Balboa Park and Science Center.
